Return & Exchange Policy – LetsTradePK

At LetsTradePK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need assistance with an item, please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • A valid invoice or order confirmation is required.

  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team via phone or email.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed according to our policy.


2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please note the following:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory.

  • Exchanged products are usually processed and delivered within 8–10 working days.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or repair.

  • You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
